莫拉克颱風災，國師 嘉察仁波切
將帶領僧團於 8/28 ~ 8/29 舉行法會,請代眾亡靈報名！
善思如母眾，難忍無量苦，
憶念蒼生情，世世永不離！
莫拉克颱風後，經緊急向大吉祥寺回報災情，尊貴的 嘉察仁波切雖然已進入閉關中心，給予這一期的閉關僧眾新課程的教導，但仍深深繫念台灣的一切眾生，而指派喇嘛再三來電詢問災情。
先前 仁波切立即指示如下：
1.仁波切將於8/28帶領印度錫金隆德寺僧眾、8/29 帶領大吉祥寺僧眾，為受災及罹難眾生，舉行超渡與祈福法會
2.在台共修處亦於 8/29 (週六) 修法超渡與祈福
3.仁波切將再專壇修兩個特別法 (藏音為：「薩塔曲炯」、「瑪嫫曲供」)專為迴遮天災，為台灣祈福
仁波切今日(8/16) 結束閉關中心的教授，步出閉關中心後，隨即指示副總管喇嘛來電告知：於法會前，儘可能地將罹難眾生名單回傳寺方。
(註：罹難者名單將自官方中央災害應變中心網站下載，另增加救災捐軀成仁者名單)
