報父母恩咒：念誦此咒，可報親恩
Filial Piety Mantra：The recitation can repay parents' kindness.
1. 咒語內容：南（na）無（mo）蜜（mi）栗（li）多（duo）哆（duo）婆（po）曳（yì）娑（suo）訶（he）

3. 經典文句：《佛說盂蘭盆經疏孝衡鈔》世間有生無不從父母而得，能誦此咒及能慎終追遠，恩無不報。南無蜜栗多哆婆曳娑訶。
4. 咒語功德：每逢農曆七月中，每日念誦此咒四十九遍，可報父母恩，現存父母延壽，去世父母超薦，如一日未誦，次日可補誦。
5. 盂蘭盆會：每年舉行盂蘭盆供佛齋僧大會，念誦《佛說盂蘭盆經》，常會加誦報父母恩咒，以更加圓滿盂蘭盆會的功德與精神。
報父母恩咒：Filial Piety Mantra
In Buddhism, lunar July is the filial piety month. Buddha taught that on the fifteenth of the lunar July, one may make wondrous food offering to Buddha and Sangha, and the merits accrued may save one's parents, of this or one of the last six lives, from suffering in transmigration. Therefore, this is also the day of making offerings to Buddha and Sangha in remembrance of one's parents.
Every summer during the lunar July, one recites the mantra 49 times a day, in transference to one's parents so that this life will have more happiness and long life, and his/her parents of past 7 lives allow them to be reborn in the Pure Land. The recitation can repay parents' kindness.
