敏林堪千仁波切於佛學院前佇立良久，思忖著明日方向 。於是我們拍攝到此張照片。
劣牆朽樑受浸闕漏、水泥粉化如塵紛下
僧眾克難以紙貼牆防塵.....是佛學院學僧宿舍之special 風景
數人擁擠於水塔圍築之斗室，又屆酷夏時實非居易 !
由於執持傳承法脈之使命，敏林堪千仁波切肩負起重建之重任。自今年(2012)五月起，展開「敏卓林佛學院重建」之計畫！光是學僧遷居，亦是大工程!
敏林堪千仁波切讓工人小心與緩慢的拆置學舍。許多仍可用的門窗，部份送給窮困者，部份寺院留用，儘量物盡其用。
重建計畫展開了~儘管全球經濟風雨如晦，但您看到了我們種下的這棵希望樹未來的美好願景嗎 ?─「任重道遠、百年樹人」 ；佛門龍象與教法，饒益遍有情 !

風雨如晦希望樹
藏傳寧瑪派中，存在著諸多大小殊勝傳承。
儘管已有許多傳承眾所周知，然而也有諸多傳承依舊如同深海之中的摩尼寶，靜靜地存於世界一隅。其中，備受尊崇，為寧瑪派教法源頭之一的「敏卓林•Mindrolling」，依然漾盪著外界未能一窺全貌的奧秘與神奇。
敏卓林傳承( 簡稱敏林 )，因近代第十一任敏林澈清座主
睡覺法王之高深修為，而使世人略為知曉有位以透過幻相證悟究竟的清淨平性，以夢瑜伽成就聞名於世之睡覺法王,但是一般人依然無從瞭知敏卓林傳承於寧瑪派之教傳、伏藏上之殊有難得地位。
然而，若論及總匯古今伏藏法大成之「大寶伏藏」，其列為首選之第一項灌頂，即是敏卓林傳承之「金剛薩埵」；也就是聞名遐邇於寧瑪派與噶舉派之「敏林埵森」！由此亦可略知敏卓林之伏藏法與加持傳承之殊勝。
往昔，第一世頂果欽哲法王仍住世之際，曾經委任秘書向尊貴的達賴尊者引薦某位精嫺「密藏續」(桑瓦寧波)之老堪布。
達賴尊者於聽了頂果法王派遣的秘書、偕同此位同來晉見的老堪布的簡報以後，隨即向老堪布問及：『您是否曾經閱讀
羅千•達瑪師利(法祥大譯師─敏卓林開山祖師胞弟、第二任敏林堪千)著作之《密主心意莊嚴釋論》？『…..或者，是曾經精閱前世
多竹千仁波切所著之《藏匙》(則喋)？......』
由達賴尊者之提問，即可瞭知密藏續是寧瑪派「教傳」之重要密續 (其亦被稱為前譯寧瑪派十八部密續之精華)，學習寧瑪派密藏續之學者，更不可不知
羅千•達瑪師利所著之《密藏續釋論》。由此可知敏卓林傳承於寧瑪派「教傳」之重要影響。
敏卓林傳承自開山祖師
德達林巴尊者奠基之後，其昆仲子嗣皆大多為寧瑪派優秀卓越智證之士，對藏傳承教寧瑪派的影響，具有舉足輕重地位。除了「伏藏」、「教傳」殊勝之源流外，敏卓林傳承之「儀規」，亦依舊保有
蓮師入藏後親傳之密法唱頌與法器使用等古風，其淵遠流長而清淨稀有，至今仍為寧瑪派所共同稱許，三百多年來，早已成為學習寧瑪派教證法要的佛法重鎮。
以是之故，尊貴的
達賴尊者於1988年4月26日，親自駕臨印度敏卓林寺舉行佛學院破土儀式，期勉上下協助敏卓林傳承最高學府─為舊譯派古傳佛學院(雅久寧瑪歇札)的興建計劃。更由於宿世法緣，達賴尊者自薦擔任敏卓林雅久寧瑪佛學院委員會之一員！
1991年，敏卓林舊譯派(前譯)古傳佛學院終於初步興建完成。該年的3月28日，正式落成啟用為總體寧瑪派與殊勝敏卓林傳承之佛法學習重要據點，嚴謹之佛學院教育與落實實習制度，至今方敦培孕育數十位優秀之堪布。
於印度重建佛學院後，成立的時間雖短，敏林堪千仁波切卻不遺餘力地培養佛法人才，努力推動寧瑪派的各項大小佛行教育事業。直至2009年，佛學院推動及印行出版之藏文佛法典籍已達三十餘部，內容涵括祖師傳記、戒定慧專論、儀軌之文字圖案記載等諸多珍貴書籍，深獲藏傳佛教大德各方讚賞，尤其備受自宗寧瑪派行者之讚譽；然此皆是
敏林堪千仁波切於經費不足下，蓽路藍縷、辛苦堅持而成的教育事業。
於敏林堪千仁波切與佛學院等全體僧眾的努力，來自西藏、尼泊爾、不丹、印度、乃至於海外的僧眾幕名前來學法求教之人數日漸增多。是以面臨學舍住處嚴重不足、於時令又屆酷夏(目前氣溫約42~45度)時，甚且數人擁擠於水塔圍築之斗室窘境。更由於流亡至北印度後，值時之建校經費拮窘，加以建商使用劣下之建材，故而結構與室內狀況於時空天候之浸催下，呈現劣牆朽樑受浸闕漏、水泥粉化如塵紛下.....
僧人總是刻苦的，僧眾雖忍受其之不適，但仍殷殷期盼得建新舍。故而敏林堪千仁波切自2005年起，已逐年對佛學院最需儘快改善之處籌募資糧重新整建。
勉為其用多年後，仁波切深切感受學僧之居處對學問修證之不適，且恐傷學僧衛生健康,及建物安全結構之虞，敏林堪千仁波切幾番思慮及會議後，毅然獨自肩負此重建之重擔！自今年(2012)五月後，展開「敏卓林佛學院重建」之計畫！
過去數年由十方善信所發心護持敏卓林圖書館與學舍興建計畫之資糧，正為此次佛學院重建之基金。然而重建之規模與所需已比先前宏大，故而仍需十方大德支持此項重要的計畫。
敏林堪千仁波切住持的雅久寧瑪佛學院是寧瑪派僧眾與行者修學佛法的重要學府，教育更是「任重道遠、百年樹人」，更遑論佛陀教法之饒益於有情，這也是敏林堪千仁波切致力於辦學的信念。誠然全球經濟風雨如晦，但一分心力，將能分擔上師辦道的一分重擔、一分心力，協助了僧眾解除多年居之不適與不便！佛學院重建之「希望樹」，是敏卓林學僧之期盼落實，亦是藏傳佛教之高級學府得以永續、復興、得以精研發展與紹隆佛種的新里程！ ...............關於佛學院重建(

Nyingma College of Mindrolling began with the demolition phase. Over the past
few years, severe cracks in the walls and leaky ceilings, combined with other
expanding problems, have compounded the increasing challenge for the monk
students to live and study. Former repairs have not been effective and
following several discussions and meetings it was decided to demolish and
reconstruct the entire college. Due to the increased number of monk students,
the expanded plans accommodate a total of 87 rooms, kitchen, dining area,
restrooms, etc. which should take 2-3 years to complete. ........................ Nyingma College
Reconstruction Project Mindrolling College, known as Ngagyur
Nyingma College, was originally built in 1988 with a main shrine and
thirty-five (35) rooms to accommodate twenty-five (25) Buddhist monks. Since
that time, many more monks have joined the college and new rooms were added.
Today there are one hundred fifty-five (155) monks attending the college and
there are not enough rooms to house them properly. The difficult environment
and atmosphere this creates as the monks concentrate on their studies and
dharma practices, is no longer acceptable. In addition, sub-standard materials
were used in the original construction and permanent construction is urgently
needed at this time. We understand that these are difficult
times and therefore I would especially like to thank you for your kindness as
you consider your level of support. Your contribution will be used solely for
