晨修開始 ~~
從於無始 以至今生 毀破三寶 作一闡提
謗大乘經 斷學般若 弒害父母 出佛身血
污僧伽藍 破他梵行 焚燬塔寺 盜用僧物
起諸邪見 撥無因果 狎近惡友 違背良師
自作教他 見聞隨喜 如是等罪 無量無邊
故於今日 生大慚愧 克誠披露 求哀懺悔
惟願三寶 慈悲攝受 放凈光明 照觸我身
諸惡消滅 三障盡除 復本心源 究竟清凈
今諸佛世尊。當證知我。當憶念我。我復於諸佛世尊前。作如是言。若我此生。若我餘生。曾行布施。或守淨戒。乃至施與畜生。一摶之食。或修淨行。所有善根。成就眾生。所有善根。修行菩提。所有善根。及無上智。所有善根。一切合集。校計籌量。皆悉迴向。阿耨多羅三藐三菩提。如過去未來現在諸佛。所作迴向。我亦如是迴向。
Ah, woe is me! Great Guru Vajradhara and all other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas dwelling in
the ten directions, and venerable sangha, please pay attention to me.
啊,苦痛如我!至尊上師金剛持,十方諸佛與菩薩,尊貴僧伽聖眾等,祈請垂聽佛子禱。
人中最勝現在佛 過去以及未來佛讚歎無量功德海
合掌近事而皈依 具慈悲力菩薩眾 利益救怙遍有情
攝我罪重無依者 諸菩薩前誠皈依
我等身業共為三 語業悉為四 復次意三業 十不善業一一懺
無始以來直至今 十不善業與五無間 煩惱心力所使然 一切罪業皆懺悔
禮拜供養與懺悔 隨喜勸請及祈禱 我所積聚微妙善 為證菩提悉迴向

殊勝秘密寒林壇城中 己入精義菩提道之故
不墮廣大輪迴之險處 不生貪欲嗔恨深谷境
不落邪見地獄之峻崖 不聞兇惡含怨野哭聲
不中殘暴煩惱刃尖刺 偉大恩惠德澤善知識
以命相繫親朋與同胞 以及三灌所屬三明妃
於此生中乃至諸世中 不離專一協助之等持
以此特殊次第登十地 一朝壽盡身留時至己
或將再墮輪迴之險處 以此分明境象澄澈燈
持明修者行跡為主要 普光地中清淨相續後
自然成就偉大蓮華地 逝離廣大輪迴集會時
祈願往昔諸佛作接引 本尊天眾從後作靠山
一切菩薩周圍作支持 一切供養天女作引導
諸女自在母眾隨後護 至於楊柳宮之地境後
雖亦安住不退轉地後 親見金剛明王汝面己
與持明眾等無二分別 願能成就無上身語意

現在之福。積自祖宗者。不可不惜。
將來之福。貽於子孫者。不可不培。
現在之福如點燈。隨點則隨竭。
將來之福如添油。愈添則愈明。
稀有光明此燈燭,供獻賢劫千佛等, 無餘廣大十方境,師尊空行護法眾。
壇城聖眾盡奉獻,父母為首有情眾, 此生以及各所生,皆能親見佛淨土。
願與彌陀合為一,三寶三根眾諦力, 吾等如此所發願,祈請加被速得成。
德雅他 班雜支雅 阿哇波達 那耶梭哈 (三遍)
心去如風,不可捉故;心如流水,生滅不住。
心如燈焰,眾緣有故;心如虛空,客塵染故。─《大寶積經
》
我們的心念,如風捉不住;如流水,生滅不停;如燈焰,需要油與燈芯等眾緣,才能燃燒明亮;像虛空,容納宇宙的森羅萬象。如果執著外界為真實,忘了自己的真心本性猶如虛空,就會讓外在的客塵煩惱無明,染污了我們的真心。唯有轉妄心為真心,所謂「轉識成智」,才能見到自己的本來面目。
∼菩薩心燈,大悲為油,大願為炷,大智為光 ∼
願您點燃心燈 ,照耀自性光明 !
雨季( 結夏 )安居之教旨與沿革
佛陀證道後,於初轉法輪所教授的是「四聖諦」與「八正道」。
四聖諦為─苦諦:存在世間是苦。集諦:慾望是苦的根源。滅諦及道諦:去除導致苦的慾望便能止苦。
而八正道為─通往去除慾望、最終達致離苦之法的真理途徑,其包含:
正見、正思惟、正語、正業、正命、正精進、正念、正定。
八正道依由道德( 戒 )、專注 (定) 和智慧(慧 )歸列為三學。此三者並非各自分立,而是此中不可分割的整體。
於佛陀四十四年傳法中,早期時曾有一位農夫向佛陀抱怨,在雨季時比丘踐踏並毀壞其農作物。另一則故事則是人們批評比丘,由於其於雨季行腳的旅行,因踩踏小生物( 如昆蟲、螃蟹等 ),而導致生靈的痛苦。
佛陀聽聞了這些投訴抱怨後,規定所有的比丘於雨季時必須安住於己居處之或住所,暫時停止所有戶外活動(例如旅行及教學)。
佛陀稱此三個月的期間為「結夏安居」。延續至今,意味著僧眾每逢此際必須安住於居處或寺院。他們每天必須待於自己的寺院不能出外旅行,只有緊急狀況下得到寺院住持的許可方能外出,並且至多不可超過七日。
敏卓林寺院的結夏安居於本年度開始於7月22日,將於9月5日圓成。此安居依由佛陀於「律經( 毗奈耶 )」(Vinaya Sutra )的教導舉行,所有的僧眾於此段期間奉行戒律,並專注於己之禪修與修鍊。選出的僧眾將對社區的居士們闡述佛陀的教法。

Short Sermon & Rain or summer Retreat History
After the enlightenment, Buddha’s first teaching was-These four noble truths and Eightfold path.
Four noble truths are-The Truth of Suffering "Existence is Suffering"The Truth of the Cause of Suffering "Suffering is caused by Desire"
The Truth of the Cessation of Suffering "Eliminate the Cause of Suffering (desire) and Suffering will Cease to Arise"
The Truth of the Paths are- "The Eightfold path is the way to Eliminate desire/extinguish suffering" which consists of :
right understanding, right ideas
right mindedness, right thought, right resolution
right speech
right bodily conduct, right action, right behavior
right livelihood, right vocation
right effort
right attentiveness, right mindfulness
right concentration
The Eightfold path is arranged in accordance with the three groups: virtue, concentration and wisdom. These three are not isolated divisions but integral parts of the one path.
During the early part of his 44 years of preaching, a farmer once complained to Lord Buddha about monks who trampled all over his crops and destroyed crops during the rainy season. Another story was that people criticized the monks because while traveling on foot during the rainy season, they caused suffering to small living creatures, e.g. insects, crabs, etc.
After hearing these complaints, Lord Buddha made a rule that all of his monks must remain within their own place or abode during the rainy season, and temporarily refrain from outside activities such as traveling and teaching.
Lord Buddha designated this 3-month period as the Buddhist Rains Retreat.. This rule still applies and means that monks must remain in residence or monasteries. They must spend each day within their own temple and must not travel, except in urgent cases with the abbot's permission of not more than 7 days away.
Here in Mindrolling monastery the summer retreat began on the 22nd July and will end on the 5th September.The retreat is held in accordance with the instructions of the Buddha in the Vinaya Sutra directing all monks to observe certain restrictions and engage themselves in meditation and practices for the period. selected monks will expound the Buddha's teachings where all lay communities attend.
