生命並非唯有事業或學業目標。設定目標讓你能擁有平衡與成功的人生。平衡意
味著確保你的健康、人際關係、精神平和都處於良好安定狀態。然而倘若你在與
所愛的人分手當天獲得升遷，那麼升遷是沒有意義的。若開車時你的背部疼痛，
那麼駕駛一點也不有趣。如果你的心充滿緊張，那麼購物不是愉快的享受。
不要將生命看得過份嚴肅。生命並非意味著要嚴肅對待，
沒關係，翹幾堂課、測驗拿個一兩個低分成績、請假、談戀愛、
“不要太嚴肅。享受生命呈現的樣貌 ” 。

Don’t just have career or academic goals. Set goals to give you a balanced and successful life. Balance means ensuring your health, relationships, mental peace are all in good order. There is no point in getting a promotion on the day of your breakup. There is no fun in driving a car if your back hurts. Shopping is not enjoyable if your mind is full of tensions. Don't take life seriously. Life is not meant to be taken seriously as we are temporary in the word. We are like a prepaid card with limited validity. If we are lucky, we may last another 50 years. And 50 years is just 2,500 weeks. Do we really need to get so worked up? …It's OK, skip a few classes, score low in a couple of papers, take leave from work, fall in love, fight a little with your spouse... It's ok... We are human, not programmed devices!
